Finally, spud n i brought F to ho! gosh.we ate hell of alot because we had coupons to claim free frikandels.!so each of us had 2 frikandels + 1 burger + fries. (think we gained back all the lard that we were trying to lose in the gym n pool before this.)
Dinner! yeah.whats new...
Oh. n this is the finale for our intercultural module. We had our final (lesson/debrief) at a chinese restaurant. woah..sense of familiarity man n this was the first time in eindhoven that we had prawns n duck! (the prawns n ducks are kinda ex here.) N it was pretty amusing to see the dutch students struggling with the chopsticks altho spud n i arent that good at it either!
This was dinner again the next day. I think im getting better at this dish n i think that the trick lies in the mushroom.
Oh. This is the first time i fried beehoon. But amazingly, it was not bad!
F and i made chicken pies also!yeah.i know it does look abit like mooncakes..but hey! we didnt have a mould u know. so we had to try n shape it to contain the fillings! n it was nt bad altho i think that the pastry could be much better! oh wells. at least our housemates think that its not bad too! note: chicken pie is not a european thing.
